Where are you living now / where are you from: We spent many years searching for a “winter home” in Florida. We were disappointed, primarily because of the inconsistent weather. We visited Mexico, and in 2005 discovered Puerto Vallarta. After several visits, we knew this was the place. So, in 2009, we stayed 9 weeks, and now we have 3 months each year from mid-January through mid-April in Zona Romántica (south side of town). It’s tough leaving the freezing temps, snow, sleet and wind in Connecticut for sunny, 82 degree days for 3 months, but hey, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Timeframe for a move: No move. We’re “snow birds”.

Why Vallarta? Why not?
