Why did you decide to move to Vallarta: We are chasing the warm winter weather, also we took a trip last January and fell in love!
What other places did you consider: Hawaii
What were the main reason(s) you moved here: The culture, the ocean, the value, the friendly people. The openness to all different kinds of people. We are are to bring our dog. We see an opportunity to give back and be involved in a real community. We love the feeling that the Mexican architecture provides, with it’s cheerful bright colors and natural stone.
What are the top (3) things you have learned that you think might help someone moving to Vallarta now: We had to learn very quickly about how to manage our property from afar. Such as establishing a bank account, property manager, etc.
