Why did you decide to move to Vallarta? Lifestyle, cost of living, climate, people, food

What other places did you consider? Panama, Costs Rica, Malta, Arizona.

What were the main reason(s) you moved here? Cost of living and climate. Wanted to be able to play golf and walk on beach and not worry about the weather.

What are the top (3) things you have learned that you think might help someone moving to Vallarta now?
