Where are you living now / where are you from: Born and raise in Northern CA and am currently living in the Bay Area.

Timeframe for a move: Looking for a long term rental now and starting some business ideas. Then will be looking to purchase a place within 2 years.

Where else are you considering: Costa Rica, Guatemala, Jamaica

Why Vallarta: Visit 2-4 times a year. Have made friends and feel very comfortable there.
