Why Vallarta: Weather and culture

How can ExPats in Vallarta assist you: Would like to meet new people while we visit PV each year in March for 5 weeks or so and get involved in some card playing groups while there. We probably will not be moving there full time but if your group will take in vacationers, we are interested in checking this out. We are planning to arrive by the 1st of March for 5 weeks in 2013. This will be our 5th season to visit there.
