    Hi Ron,
We are looking to make a move to Mexico, PV, Sayulta or Manzanillo. I am planning a trip by self as my husband has to stay home and watch our 3 doggies! We just got back from Ecuador and that is just not for us. We want to assimilate into a new culture and I find the Mexican culture truly interesting as well as the people. I am doing my best to learn Spanish from a software program. I know it is a big change and I don’t want to do something that is not going to be safe or the cost of living is more than it is now. We live in Flagler Beach Florida. We also do want to make a change for those golden years so to speak. Husband just retired. I am looing at flights now and trying to arrange visits to all 3 places. I guess I fly into PV and not sure how to get to the other towns as I don’t fell comfortable renting a car and driving by myself in a place I know nothing about. Are the busses safe, reliable? Any recommendations? I would think Taxis would be quite expensive from PV to each town and back to PV for flight home. I am looing at about a week. I realize this is not enough time but I own a dog store in Florida and don’t have much time away. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I heard the electric is quite expensive and power is iffy. Also, you pay home taxes and fees to extend trust annually. We love our privacy and are looking for a home with a pool and view. Cant do a condo because of 3 dachshunds. Do you see the real estate going up or stabilizing? Thank you for your time.
