Why Vallarta:  I have friends that moved or are going to move there.

How can ExPats in Vallarta assist you:  My co-worker just bought a place down there and met with you.  He suggested your site so we can get some questions answered. We want to rent for a year to see if we want to buy. Rent seems very reasonable. We just want some Americans to direct us in the right direction for safe housing.
