Where are you living now / where are you from:  Roanoke, Virginia

Timeframe for a move:  In the next 9-12 months we plan to leave our jobs behind and and spend 6 months or so in each of several locations to find where we will begin a new chapter in our lives.

Where else are you considering:  Costa Rica, Ecuador, Other locations in Mexico

Why Vallarta:  A warmer climate, the beach, cost of living, availability of good medical at more reasonable prices than in the U.S., adventure to satisfy our wanderlust, easy flights back to the U.S. to spend time with family.
How can ExPats in Vallarta assist you:  We will be spending 10 days in April (16th-25th) in Vallarta and would love to meet up with expats and hear why you fell in love with and chose Vallarta. We would like to learn from some one paying the bills what it will cost us to live there. I would love to be able to come back to the U.S. to further our research with names and the associated faces that I can email, ask questions, and learn from.
